APRS-SCS was created to fill the perceived need for a Windows Based APRS Client Software
that not only follows the APRS Spec to the letter but also does APRS as APRSdos does.
APRS-SCS also follows Microsoft's guide lines for Windows programs. In other words the user interface looks and acts like all other Windows software.
